Overview

Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of a passionate team, you’ll play a core part in delivering fantastic customer service. You will provide a warm welcome and give information about the Attingham Estate to make sure each visitor has an enjoyable and memorable visit. You’ll be required to work regular weekends and bank holidays. Hours: 22.5 hours per week, flexible across 7 days.

What you’ll be doing

From open to close, you will be on hand in our Visitor Reception to answer queries and ensure visitors can find everything they need for their visit. You will help with site coordination and talk about conservation work and exciting programming and events. You will promote National Trust Memberships and actively talk to visitors about how they can support our cause. You will maintain high standards of presentation, manage litter picks, keep signage clean, and maintain the visitor reception tidiness and cleanliness throughout the day.
