What we’re looking for:
- Previous speciality coffee experience
- Strong espresso extraction and milk texturing skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Leadership experience (for Head Barista and Manager positions)
- Ability to train and support junior team members
