Class 1 night driver

Overview

Gi Group are looking for experienced class 1 night drivers for our well-known client in Coleshill, Birmingham. Location: Coleshill, Birmingham

Responsibilities

• 3 – 8 drops per day of pallets.
• Use of PDA machine is required.
• Handball may be required from time to time.
• National & Local deliveries are expected.

Shifts and pay

• Nights – £18.77 per hour including advanced holiday pay (PAYE only no umbrellas)
• 10hr guarantee
• Class 1 shifts: Monday – Friday, 17:00-19:00 starts

Requirements

• In date UK class 1 licence with 1 year’s class 1 experience
• In date CPC and Digi card
• No more than 6 points on licence; speeding offences only; no other endorsements/convictions accepted
• Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, upbeat, self-motivated and resilient
• Able to work on tight schedule whilst maintaining high safety standards
• Good geographical knowledge
