Healthcare Assistant – Ward

Bank | Part time | Includes weekend work. Up to £13 per hour depending on experience. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Put patient care first.
• Carry out administrative duties.
• Support a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in the delivery of exceptional patient care, pre‑ and post surgery.
• Meet the needs of every individual.
• Use your organisational skills to make a positive impact.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.
• Good telephone manner, great computer and database skills.
