Salary: £95 – £115 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stages 3-5 in a secondary school setting. This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Mathematics lessons across KS3-KS5
• Provide 1:1 and small group intervention sessions to raise attainment
• Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom resources
• Support students in developing confidence in numeracy and problem‑solving
• Work closely with the Maths department to track student progress

Requirements

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and numeracy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
• School-based experience desirable but not essential
