• Enables SEND students to learn at KS3 and KS4.
• Communicates positively to engage students and instill a love for science.
• Acts as a role model, inspiring and motivating students within and beyond the school.
• Is a QTS Science teacher with future leadership aspirations to take the career to the next level.
• Contributes to the positive culture within the school and supports team goals.
• Delivers measurable impact, celebrating student progress in science, communication, and confidence.
