Rock Recruitment is looking for outstanding graduates or early stage professionals to start their careers as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You should have experience in fast‑paced working environments such as sales, either from university or thereafter.

The role is based in the Construction & Energy markets across the UK and America, and involves managing the full recruitment cycle from market research to placement of executive‑level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Learn the market and gather market intelligence
• Speak with senior level individuals predominantly over the phone
• Head‑hunt candidates from sources such as LinkedIn
• Conduct industry‑specific market research
• Negotiate terms and fees with clients
• Interview candidates
• Perform general admin tasks
• Write job adverts
• Market your candidates to prospective companies
• Find new business
• Build relationships with clients
