Class Teacher & Teaching Assistant

We are looking for someone who will:

• Be aninspiring, enthusiastic, highly skilled classroom practitioner with highexpectations ofallpupils
• Becreative with the children’s learning journeys to inspire and caterforallof our pupils which will ensure their love oflearning begins straight away in September
• Beexperienced in the use of assessments to identify gaps so that children“keep up” rather than having to “catch up”
• Haveexcellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to work tirelesslywith parents and other agencies to ensure that the children’s experienceat school is the very best that it can be
• Have asound understanding of primary pedagogy and the rigours of the NationalCurriculum
• Enjoyworking as part of a team
