We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Liverpool and Sefton. This Cover Supervisor position is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced education professionals, or individuals with strong classroom management skills. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task
• Support a positive learning environment throughout the school day

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence leading groups of students
• A genuine interest in education and secondary schools
