Ann Summers at Bluewater is seeking passionate retail professionals to join its team. This part-time role requires 12 hours per week, including weekends, with flexibility for additional hours during holidays.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and providing expert product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets through a natural flair for selling and promoting Ann Summers’ unique collections.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment that reflects the brand’s values.
• Support in-store initiatives and wellness programmes as part of the team.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a sales or service-led retail environment.
• A service-obsessed attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexibly across weekends and weekdays, including at least 2-3 days weekly.
