About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment with a friendly and supportive team dedicated to delivering the best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.
- Deliver a brand bra fitting experience, giving expert advice on size and styles.
- Own visual merchandising and presentation of products, supporting customers in locating items they need.
- Maintain store standards, both front and back. Manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail, front or back of house, creating a unique experience for every customer.
- Strong customer‑service skills with a keenness to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Capacity to build valued relationships with the team and customers.
- Team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive working environment.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and adapt to a variety of tasks throughout the day.
