£28,000 – £30,000 base + commission (OTE £45,000). Uncapped.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging outbound calls, craft compelling emails and connect with prospects on other platforms.
  • Immerse yourself in the company and share your passion for our product.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of self‑generated client prospects.
  • Collaborate with your team and the wider group to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure customers have a first‑class experience at every opportunity.

About You

  • Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B setting.
  • Experience delivering on set monthly KPI’s/targets.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude towards targets, tenacious and driven.
  • Self‑starter who is comfortable picking up the phone to reach new clients.
  • Curious, conscientious and able to communicate product knowledge effectively.

Interview Process

Two stages: Introductory phone call with the Talent team, followed by a Hiring Manager interview that includes a short outbound call role‑play. We aim to make the process inclusive and accommodating.
