HR Adviser (Maternity Cover) – Payroll & Pensions

Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an HR Adviser (Service Support) for a maternity cover of up to 12 months, based at their headquarters in Calcot, Reading. This role requires a motivated individual with strong HR experience and digital skills to provide high-quality HR advice across a range of employment matters.

The successful applicant will manage relationships with payroll providers, support HR projects, and contribute to a high-performing HR team.
