An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Newry.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a busy Residential Property team, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of conveyancing matters. The firm has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services and maintains a loyal and longstanding client base throughout Northern Ireland.
The Role
You will assist and advise on a variety of residential property transactions, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Land Registry applications
- Post-completion matters
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor seeking hands-on experience, strong mentorship and long-term career development within a supportive environment.
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- Exposure to residential conveyancing during training
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
