Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor
Belfast | Regulatory & Professional Discipline A leading Regulatory and Professional Discipline team is seeking to appoint a Solicitor to join its growing Belfast practice. The team advises healthcare professionals and other regulated professionals throughout investigations, disciplinary proceedings and compliance matters. Acting across Northern Ireland and Ireland, the team supports clients operating within highly regulated sectors including healthcare, education and financial services.
The Role
You will advise on:
- Regulatory and professional disciplinary investigations
- Fitness to practise proceedings
- Regulatory compliance and governance issues
- Investigations, adjudications and enforcement matters
- Professional conduct and disciplinary cases
- Healthcare and wider regulated sector matters
About You
Previous healthcare regulatory experience is not essential. We are particularly interested in speaking with qualified solicitors from backgrounds such as:
- Public Law
- Litigation
- Employment Law
- Professional Discipline
- Judicial Review
- Tribunal or Investigations Work
You will also possess:
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Sound judgement and attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- An interest in regulatory and professional discipline work
