As part of our commitment to developing the next generation of skilled engineering professionals, we invite successful applicants to attend our exclusive 2-week Engineering Skills Academy at our purpose-built, state-of-the-art training centre.
This intensive programme has been specifically designed to provide candidates with practical, industry-recognised skills and valuable hands-on experience before progressing to employment opportunities across Europe.
During the two weeks, you will benefit from:
- Expert instruction from experienced industry professionals
- Hands-on practical training in a modern, purpose-built facility
- Exposure to real-world engineering and construction techniques
- The opportunity to develop valuable skills that are highly sought after across the industry
- Dedicated support and mentoring throughout the programme

Training includes:
- Cable containment installation
- Cable trunking systems
- Conduit installation
- Metal cable tray installation
- Working at height procedures
- Manual handling techniques
- Site health & safety practices
- Essential engineering and construction skills
This academy is designed to prepare candidates for work on major engineering and construction projects throughout Europe while providing an excellent opportunity to learn, develop and demonstrate your potential.
Important Information
The Engineering Skills Academy is provided free of charge to successful applicants. However, candidates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements during the 2-week training period.
Guaranteed Interview & Career Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the Engineering Skills Academy, candidates will receive a guaranteed interview for a full-time position within our European operations.
Successful candidates may have the opportunity to work on some of Europe’s most prestigious projects, including:
- Data Centres
- Pharmaceutical Facilities
- Industrial Construction Projects
Project locations include:
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- The Netherlands
- Portugal
- And other European destinations
Work Rotation Schedule
Employees work on a rotational basis depending on project location and local working regulations. Typical rotations include:
- 3 weeks on site / 1 week at home
- 4 weeks on site / 1 week at home
This structure provides an excellent work-life balance while offering valuable international experience and highly competitive earnings.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals who:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Possess construction or site experience (preferred but not essential)
- Are willing to learn new skills
- Work well as part of a team
- Are prepared to travel throughout Europe
- Have a positive attitude towards training and personal development
Previous engineering, construction, electrical or industrial experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
