Job Title:Sales Order Processing Administrator

Dept: NI Sales Team

Report to: NI Sales Manager

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment, preferably production based.
  • Strong administrative background, ideally in order processing, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Experience working with logistics or supply chain teams is an advantage.
  • Good ability to work with others and a positive attitude.

Key Tasks:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
  • Verify pricing before confirming orders.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data, including stock adjustments, order amendments, and production updates.
  • Support invoicing and credit control by ensuring correct billing information and documentation.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
  • Participate in all job training and coaching.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procedures and enhance the customer service experience.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times.
  • Ensure good working relations are maintained with colleagues at all times.
  • Ensure that absenteeism and tardiness are kept to a minimum.
  • Ensure that company policies are adhered to at all times within the department, this includes the Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy.
  • Any other reasonable duties requested.
