We’re Hiring: Chief Growth & Marketing Officer UK&I

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the next chapter of our growth journey.

As CGMO, you’ll bring together Brand & Innovation, Commercial Marketing, and Customer & Loyalty to create a high‑performing growth engine that delivers profitable growth across our retail estate, e‑commerce channels, grocery partnerships and strategic accounts.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving sustainable revenue growth across all channels
  • Leading customer acquisition, retention and loyalty strategies
  • Building an innovation pipeline that excites customers and differentiates our brand Ensuring every marketing investment delivers measurable commercial impact
  • Influencing at Board level and partnering across the business to unlock growth opportunities

About you:

We are seeking an experienced executive leader who combines strategic vision with strong commercial delivery and has the ambition to shape the future of one of the world’s most iconic and loved brands.

You will bring:

  • Significant senior leadership experience within retail, ideally within QSR, hospitality, or other customer‑centric environments.
  • The ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic organisations, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to changing internal and external market conditions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving sustainable business performance and growth.
  • Experience leading within high‑growth organisations, coupled with a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with business transformation and turnaround environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, markets, and all levels of the organisation.
  • A highly visible and inclusive leadership style, ensuring the right insights, perspectives, and expertise are brought together to support decision‑making.
  • A strong external network and curiosity for market trends, enabling you to leverage best practice, emerging insights, and innovative thinking to accelerate growth and strengthen our brand position.
