- Account Manager
- £35,000 – £45,000 + uncapped commission
- Hybrid – Birmingham city centre
The Role
- Deliver compelling demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs and objectives
- Identify and qualify upcoming IT projects
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects
- Generating leads and targeting potential clients in existing and new markets
- Own a portfolio of 40-60 accounts
- Develop structured engagement plans and maintaining detailed account profiles
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Drive account growth through cross-selling and proactive client engagement
The Person
- Background in IT sales or internal account management
- Comfortable discussing IT product categories
- A natural relationship builder
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trust quickly
- Enthusiastic about digital transformation
- Disciplined with CRM systems and has a strong eye for detail
- Self-sufficient and able to manage time
- Confident presenting and demonstrating products to clients at all levels
