Recruitment Consultant | US Market | Bristol Based

We’re growing our Bristol team and looking for recruitment consultants to build a career placing talent across the United States.

If you’ve got around a year of recruitment under your belt and want to work a high-value, high-earning market, this one is worth a read.

Why the unusual hours? We recruit into the US, so our day starts later to line up with American time zones. That means no early alarms, and your Fridays finish early from home.

The role:

• Full 360 recruitment focused on the US market
• Sourcing candidates, managing the process, developing clients, and closing placements
• Working a US operational desk with genuine room to grow it

What you get:

• Basic salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on top
• Monday to Thursday in the office, 10am to 7pm
• Friday working from home, 10am to 5pm

What we’re after:

• At least 12 months of recruitment experience, agency preferred
• Confident on the phone and good at building relationships
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets
• Hungry to earn
