Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Analyst to join the team in our Central London office. As an Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, conducting financial analysis, market research, due diligence on potential investment opportunities and contributing to the development of investment strategies.

This role would be ideal for a bright, motivated, energetic and driven new graduate.

Compensation Range: c.£30k (Dependent on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed market research and prepare reports identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within relevant industries.
  • Assist in monitoring, reporting and evaluating the performance of existing investments.
  • Conduct financial analysis of potential investment opportunities and support the investment due diligence process.
  • Stay up to date with market developments, economic trends, and industry news.
  • Special projects for the Partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with excellent academics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to rapidly process large volumes of source materials and synthesise into a clear summary.
  • Excellent research and data interpretation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in investment analysis, finance, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
