Junior Wholesale Sales Manager | London, UK | Full-time 

The Role | We’re looking for a commercially driven Junior Wholesale Sales Manager to help grow Earl of East across the UK and internationally. This is a sales-focused role responsible for developing new wholesale partnerships, nurturing existing customer relationships and supporting the continued growth of our wholesale business. You’ll spend your time identifying opportunities, speaking with buyers, presenting the brand, managing accounts and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is confident picking up the phone, and is motivated by winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive wholesale sales across new and existing accounts.
  • Identify and approach prospective retailers aligned with the Earl of East brand.
  • Build and manage an active pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Present the brand to prospective customers and convert opportunities into active accounts.
  • Follow up consistently on enquiries, samples and sales opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events and customer meetings where required

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of wholesale customers, building long-term relationships.
  • Support customers with product recommendations, seasonal launches and reorders.
  • Identify opportunities to increase order value and product distribution.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the ordering process.
  • Maintain regular communication with buyers and key contacts.

Sales Operations

  • Keep CRM and sales records accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders and support customers through fulfilment.
  • Work closely with Production, Operations and Finance to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor customer performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support forecasting and reporting where required.

About You

  • 1-2 years’ experience in wholesale, sales, account management or business development.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing a business.
  • Comfortable pitching products and negotiating with customers.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Experience using Shopify, Faire or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
  • An interest in interiors, lifestyle, fragrance or design-led brands would be a bonus.

Working Pattern

  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid working across office/studio and external meetings

Remuneration: salary negotiable and 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
