Our client, an international B2B supplier of high-performance sealing systems for industrial applications, is looking for a motivated Sales Manager UK to join them in the Manchester area. This is a field sales position with a strong focus on driving sales growth and business development, offering a high degree of autonomy and the chance to have a tangible impact on the company’s success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification and follow-up through to negotiation and closing
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate industrial solutions
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
  • Support sales initiatives and commercial campaigns
  • Liaise with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
  • Manage commercial issues with a strong customer-centric mindset
  • Maintain and regularly update CRM systems and commercial databases

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, with the capability to understand and sell technical or industrial products
  • Proven success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Strong results orientation with a clear focus on achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and dynamic personality
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and solid decision-making
  • Confident use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Business-fluent English
  • Background in sales, business administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel very frequently
