Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Consultant / High-Ticket Closer to join a fast-growing business consulting firm that helps agency owners, consultants, and service-based businesses scale to 7 and 8 figures.

In this role, you will engage with entrepreneurs and business owners, identify growth challenges and opportunities, and guide qualified prospects toward high-value consulting and coaching solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing sales conversations, maintaining a healthy pipeline, closing high-ticket deals, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Must overlap with US business hours

Compensation: Commission-only role, earn 10%-13% of collected revenue, top performers earn $20,000/month

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales consultations with qualified business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Identify client challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Close high-ticket consulting and coaching offers ($13K–$24K average deal value)
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline within the CRM
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities through the sales process
  • Build trust and guide prospects through important business decisions
  • Generate additional opportunities through networking and outbound prospecting
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and conversion targets

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in high-ticket sales, closing, or consultative sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience selling coaching, consulting, agency, SaaS, or business-growth services is highly preferred
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
