We’re now looking for a Sales & Client Manager to grow the business and own the client
relationship from first hello to final build.
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client engagement, from lead generation through to project delivery and repeat business.
The successful candidate will drive new business, build strong client relationships, and work closely with production teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and at the right margin.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role that sits between sales, client management, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business & Lead Generation
– Identify and develop new opportunities across brands, agencies, and event organisers
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
– Use outreach, networking, and existing relationships to generate business
Client Relationship Management
– Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients
– Stay close to stakeholders to understand opportunities and priorities
– Position Mischief Works as a preferred partner
Sales & Deal Management
– Lead opportunities from initial contact through to close
– Qualify briefs including budget, timelines, and decision-makers
– Develop proposals and commercial solutions
– Maintain momentum across opportunities
Project Oversight
– Stay involved post-sale to ensure smooth delivery
– Act as main client contact
– Manage communication and expectations
– Drive repeat business
Collaboration with Production
– Align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
– Keep clients informed
– Manage scope changes proactively
Financial & Commercial Management
– Understand budgets, costs, and profitability
– Ensure projects are delivered at agreed margins
– Identify risks early
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
– Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
– Track deal progress and close dates
– Provide visibility on performance
CRM & Reporting
– Keep CRM updated
– Maintain healthy pipeline
– Report consistently on performance
Experience Required:
– 4–7 years in sales, experiential, events, or production
– Proven ability to contribute to or close deals
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Commercial awareness (budgets and margins)
– Comfortable in fast-paced environments
