National Account Manager – Convenience Grocery (Drinks)

Hybrid working – 50:50 home / Central London office

Salary £50-60k (DOE) plus car allowance, bonus & strong package

Role:

  • As National Account Manager, you will take ownership of key strategic partnerships including Co-op & Spar (c.£10m combined), with scope to broaden with an additional customer (e.g. Waitrose, WHSmith, Amazon or Ocado)
  • Full P&L accountability, owning both top-line growth and profitability across your customer base
  • Build on strong foundations, both accounts have evolved from transactional relationships to genuine partnerships, with long-term agreements now in place with significant runway for growth!
  • Highly visible role within a lean structure, offering genuine autonomy and ownership

Ideal candidate:

  • Operating at National Account Manager or Junior NAM level within FMCG
  • Experience with Grocery, Convenience or Impulse customers (e.g. Co-op, Spar, OneStop or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen, with exposure to P&L management and Joint Business Planning
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining delivery focus
  • Strong relationship builder, capable of developing partnerships both internally and externally
  • Motivated by growth and progression, keen to take on a broad and impactful role

Benefits & details:

  • Salary circa £50-60k (dependent on experience) plus bonus and strong blue-chip package
  • Hybrid working – Central London office c.2–3 days per week (50%)
