Lead Generator- NO COLD CALLS
2 days office (Tuesday and Wednesdays)
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 19:30 (shifts between these hours)
- Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
- Saturday: 10:00 – 13:45 (one per month)
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the Stockport office, 3 days working from home
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Lead Generators to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll be engaging with warm leads—customers who have already expressed an interest in our products and services—and helping them understand how our solutions could benefit them.
Working closely with the wider sales team, you’ll play a key role in identifying customer needs, generating quality sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have expressed an interest in our products and services.
- Build rapport and trust through engaging and professional conversations.
- Understand customer needs and provide clear information about private medical insurance options.
- Qualify and generate high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
