What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
- Selling into senior stakeholders and C-suite across complex enterprise accounts
- Navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and commercial intelligence
- Delivering compelling presentations that connect platform capability to real business transformation
- Building and managing your own pipeline – this role rewards hunters
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B ‘enterprise software’ sales track record – deal sizes in the £100k – £1m range
- Consistent, demonstrable performance over a sustained period
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Intellectually curious and technologically literate – comfortable with platforms, integrations, and workflow transformation
- Naturally consultative – you ask better questions than you give answers
- Equally credible with technical buyers and board-level stakeholders
- Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by meaningful career progression and earnings
What’s on Offer
- £60,000 – 70,000 base
- £120,000 -130,000 OTE (uncapped above)
- Hybrid – 50/50 home and office
