Managing Director – Facilities Management

Location: Multiple office locations available – Dartford, London or Essex.

Reporting To: Group CEO & Board of Directors

Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus + Equity Potential (if applicable)

The Opportunit

yWe are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Managing Director to establish, develop and lead a new Facilities Management business

.This role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the company, build the operational structure, secure key client relationships and grow the business into a leading FM provider

.The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the performance of the business, including business development, operational delivery, financial management, recruitment and long-term growth strategy

.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced FM leader who has successfully scaled businesses, built high-performing teams and developed profitable client portfolios

  • r.Identify growth opportunities across hard FM, soft FM and integrated FM service
  • s.Build and maintain a strong market presence across both public and private sector
  • s.Report directly to the Group CEO and Board on business performance and strategic objective

  • s.Build relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, developers and asset owner
  • s.Identify and secure new contracts and framework agreement
  • s.Develop strategic partnerships and supply chain relationship

  • ntOversee the successful mobilisation and delivery of all FM contract
  • s.Establish operational procedures, service standards and performance metric
