Sales Manager – Residential New Homes

Salary: £60,000 plus £100,000 OTE

Location: Stratford, East London

Contract: 2-year fixed term

The business and the role

A well-regarded property developer with an established track record of delivering high-quality residential communities across London is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take strategic ownership of residential sales across two premium new-build schemes in East London. This is a predominantly strategic and leadership-focused position – not a customer-facing sales role – with responsibility for driving sales performance, energising on-site teams, and working closely with marketing and senior stakeholders to implement a compelling sales strategy across both developments. Reporting to the Head of Residential, you will have regular exposure to Director-level leadership and play a key role in pricing and market positioning decisions.
