Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chichester for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and assisting in the creation of strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining an updated pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

  • Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Client Relationships
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and CRM Tools
  • Exceptional Organisational and Time Management skills
  • Experience of Working in an Agency is a Plus
