Egg Soldiers is looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Partnerships Lead to help grow our visibility, relationships and new-business pipeline across the food world.
We are a specialist food, brand, foresight and innovation consultancy working with ambitious clients across hospitality, foodservice, leisure, retail and manufacturing.
This is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building high-quality pipelines and creating opportunities with senior decision-makers.
You will work closely with the founders and senior team to:
• Build targeted prospect lists
• Create thoughtful outreach campaigns
• Manage contacts, activity and pipeline through HubSpot
• Set up qualified meetings with senior decision-makers
• Develop referral and partnership opportunities
• Identify relevant events, roundtables and visibility opportunities
• Turn our content, case studies and Insights Lab thinking into business development tools
• Help convert interest into valuable projects
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in business development, partnerships, growth or consultative B2B sales. You might come from food, hospitality, foodservice, retail, leisure, manufacturing, brand, innovation, agency or consultancy backgrounds.
This is not a volume-sales role. It is about understanding a specialist consultancy offer, opening the right doors and building long-term commercial relationships across the food world.
