A bit about what you will be doing:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a cluster of restaurants, ensuring financial performance, operational excellence, and high guest satisfaction. Working closely with General Managers, this role drives profitability, efficiency, and team development while maintaining brand standards.

This is a hands-on, floor-led leadership role, balancing strategic direction with day-to-day support to ensure each site delivers strong financial results and an exceptional guest experience. It is one of the most visible expressions of the Evolv values – Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, and Passion across the business, lived in the choices made every week in service of guests and teams.

We are looking for candidates who are highly enthusiastic, friendly and open to new challenges. You will be looking after and motivating the team to aim for best results in order to support the delivery of our business strategies. You will seek out and maximise revenue opportunities, whilst minimising costs. You will be responsible for financial management, health and safety and sales for the restaurant.

The Operations Manager’s week is shaped by the needs of the business. In hospitality those needs are loudest at service and at events where guests are in the building, the team is at peak, and the cluster’s reputation is made or unmade. The working week is arranged around those moments, with admin, planning, and group-meeting time fitting around service rather than the other way around. It is the most important leadership signal the role sends to its teams.
