Working for a venture-backed AI software company that helps large enterprises improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and accelerate critical business processes. Having established strong traction with global enterprise customers and secured backing from leading investors, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is making its first commercial hire in EMEA.

The Opportunity:

This is a true founding sales role with responsibility for launching and scaling the EMEA region. You’ll have the autonomy to build territory plans, develop pipeline, win strategic enterprise accounts, and help define the company’s long-term commercial strategy across Europe. You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team, influencing everything from market positioning to future hiring plans. This role is suited to someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than inheriting them and is motivated by building a business in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy
  • Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and account-based outreach
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through contract signature
  • Selling into Enterprises, FS, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across large enterprise organisations
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive long-term customer growth
  • Deliver compelling business cases and value-based sales engagements
  • Provide market intelligence and commercial insights to leadership
  • Build scalable processes that support future regional expansion

Requirements:

  • Must have sold either LegalTech or to Legal & Compliance Personas
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience closing complex six-figure software deals
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and generate new business independently
  • Track record of selling into large enterprise organisations
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong commercial, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly desirable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build a category-leading business
