in.Joining the global business team in London, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across agencies, advertisers, trading desks, and other demand partners. You will help define and deliver the sales strategy, identify new commercial opportunities, and build relationships that create long term value for both the business and its partn

ers.You will be trusted to manage and grow your own portfolio, balancing new business development with the careful evaluation of existing partnerships to ensure performance, efficiency, and return on investment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will prospect, negotiate, and progress strategic partnerships through to approval, while staying close to the market and identifying the key players shaping the future of video adverti

sing.This is a role for someone who enjoys the full rhythm of commercial growth. You will be analysing the market, building a strong pipeline, contributing to larger strategic partnerships across ad operations, content, and programmatic, and keeping a clear view on reporting, forecasting, and monthly results. It is a hands on sales role, but one with genuine strategic infl

uence.The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience in online media, ideally with previous time spent in an advertising sales house. You will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the tenacity to open doors, build trust, and move conversations forward. You will be comfortable engaging with agencies and advertisers at different levels, able to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and motivated by a fast moving environment where your potential can continue t
