Location: London (Hybrid | 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic enterprise sales role, selling high-impact solutions that sit at board-level agendas. You’ll work with senior leaders across Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Media, FMCG, Pharma, and Consulting, helping them tackle talent, transformation, and workforce development challenges at scale.

The Role
• Develop and execute strategic account plans across enterprise organisations
• Build and manage a pipeline of complex, high-value opportunities
• Engage C-Suite, HR, Talent, Learning, Technology, and Transformation leaders
• Lead consultative sales processes from discovery through to close
• Position workforce transformation, learning, digital skills, and talent solutions with clear business value and ROI
• Manage opportunities typically ranging from £100k to £1m+, often involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
• Collaborate with specialist solution, delivery, and customer success teams
• Identify long-term expansion opportunities across enterprise accounts
• Represent the business through networking, events, and executive engagement
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success in enterprise new business sales
• Experience selling complex solutions, professional services, consulting, technology, or learning solutions
• Strong track record of generating and winning new business
• Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers and executives
• Commercially astute with a strategic, consultative approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
