Junior Sous Chef – New Opening – OTE c. 43k pa – Westfield Stratford
The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Westfield Stratford! We're opening our stunning this Summer and are on the hunt for passionate Junior Sous Chefs to make this new opening our best one yet.
At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.
Being our Junior Sous Chef, you could earn in the region of 43,000 per year:
- Salary of up to 36k depending on experience. Equals to up to 18 an hour (48hr contract)
- Tronc: Estimated between 7.5k – 10k per annum
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate – no pre-approval required

Most importantly we will ensure you are made to feel welcome at Cosy Club.
You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
