The successful candidate will manage recruitment activity across a range of business areas, including engineering, marketing, human resources and administration.You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates while working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets. You will also coordinate interviews, maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ensure every applicant receives a professional and positive recruitment experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment campaigns from initial vacancy briefing through to candidate selection and onboarding.Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, internal referrals, direct searching, talent databases and campus events.Write and publish clear, engaging and accurate job advertisements.Screen applications and assess candidates against the skills, experience and requirements of each role.Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face interviews where required.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Provide hiring managers with clear and timely candidate feedback.Communicate appropriate verbal or written feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates when required.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key client stakeholders.Develop and manage candidate pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements.Ensure candidates receive regular communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Support the onboarding of successful candidates and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.Maintain accurate recruitment records using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment platforms.Track campaign activity and recruitment metrics, including applications, interviews, offers and successful hires.Analyse recruitment performance and recommend improvements to sourcing, advertising and selection processes.Support recruitment activity across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland when required.Attend team and client meetings both online and in person.Contribute to the achievement of agreed recruitment targets and campaign deadlines.Essential CriteriaA minimum of two years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.Practical experience of advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting searches, interviewing and supporting onboarding.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.Experience using job boards, social media and direct sourcing methods to attract candidates.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms and video interviewing software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence a range of stakeholders.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple vacancies at the same time.Five GCSEs at grades A-C, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.A full, clean driving licence or reliable access to transport, as travel may be required.Desirable CriteriaExperience managing recruitment campaigns in the Republic of Ireland.A Certificate in Recruitment.CIPD qualification or membership.A degree in human resources, business administration or another relevant discipline.Experience recruiting across engineering, marketing, human resources or administrative functions.Previous experience working within an embedded or client-facing talent acquisition team.Skills and Personal QualitiesThe successful candidate will be:An effective and confident communicator.Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload.Professional and accountable for delivering agreed outcomes.Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.Adaptable and willing to respond to changing recruitment priorities.Candidate-focused, with a commitment to providing a high-quality experience.Skilled at building relationships with colleagues, candidates and client stakeholders.Detail-oriented when maintaining candidate records and recruitment data.Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider recruitment team.Closing Date: Wednesday 1st July 2026….
