If you’re a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in fast‑paced B2C fulfilment and loves turning plans into action, this is your chance to be part of something from the very start.About the roleAs a Fulfilment Shift Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day warehouse operations during your shift, leading supervisors and operatives to deliver safe, accurate and on‑time fulfilment. You’ll oversee inbound, outbound, value‑added services and inventory activity, reacting in real time to keep performance, service and quality on track.This is a highly visible, operational leadership role where you’ll be on the warehouse floor, motivating teams, solving problems, and ensuring plans are executed efficiently in our brand‑new site.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end shift execution across inbound, outbound (B2C), VAS and inventory Lead and motivate supervisors and operatives to deliver service, productivity and quality targets Monitor real-time performance, taking swift corrective action where risks arise Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are followed at all times Control stock integrity, supporting cycle counts and investigations as required Deliver clear shift handovers, reporting risks, issues and actionsInterested?
