Your new companyA well-established contractor operating within the infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing project delivery. With a strong pipeline of work across the UK, this organisation delivers key projects within M&E frameworks.Your new roleAs a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting commercial activities across live projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure effective cost management and contract administration. You will be involved in managing NEC contracts, handling variations, valuations, and reporting, while ensuring projects remain commercially compliant and profitable. This is an ongoing contract position with an immediate start available.What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Proven experience working with NEC contracts
  • M&E project experience is highly desirable
  • Utilities or infrastructure sector background would be advantageous
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to start at short notice or immediately
