This is a varied generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations, alongside involvement in broader people initiatives, learning activity, and continuous improvement across the organisation

You will act as a trusted partner to managers, providing clear, commercially focused HR guidance, while also contributing to the development of tools, resources, and approaches that enhance people management capability
