An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded national construction practice during a period of significant growth. This role can be based in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester.

This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of building safety and fire remediation disputes, advising major developers, housebuilders and construction sector clients on complex and high-value matters arising from post-Grenfell legislation and regulatory change.

The Opportunity

You will play a leading role in advising clients on:

  • Building safety and fire remediation issues
  • Construction and professional negligence disputes
  • High-value adjudications, arbitrations and court proceedings
  • Remediation procurement strategies
  • The evolving legal and regulatory landscape impacting the construction sector

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of legal and technical experts, you’ll gain exposure to some of the industry’s most significant and complex projects and disputes.

About You

We’re keen to speak with solicitors who have:

  • 5+ years’ PQE in construction litigation
  • Experience handling contentious construction matters
  • Professional negligence experience (desirable)
  • Strong commercial awareness and an interest in the wider regulatory and political issues affecting the built environment
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach
  • A genuine interest in helping grow a successful practice
