This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy and shape enterprise transformation programmes within a Microsoft-focused culture delivering end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

You’ll join a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner known for delivering complex, enterprise-scale programmes, with a culture built around technical excellence, innovation, and investment in its people.

You’ll have the autonomy to influence solution direction, challenge thinking, and help shape the future of enterprise customer platforms.

What you’ll be doing

  • Shaping how enterprise Microsoft solutions are built
  • Lead end-to-end design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across complex enterprise environments
  • Set the technical direction for how solutions are structured, extended, and governed
  • Design how Dynamics 365 and Power Platform connect into wider enterprise landscapes
  • Define API-led integration and data flow strategies across multiple systems
  • Build solutions using Azure services such as Functions, APIs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
  • Ensure Microsoft platforms work as part of a wider, coherent enterprise architecture—not in isolation

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions in real enterprise environments
  • Confidence making and standing behind complex technical decisions
  • Deep understanding of Dataverse and the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem
  • Strong experience with Azure integration patterns (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
  • Awareness of ALM, DevOps, and modern release management practices
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort challenging assumptions and improving solution thinking at all levels
