Lead Asset Strategy Analyst

• Lead and manage a team of five staff
  • 2x CAD Technicians
  • 3x Data Systems Officers.
• Manage asset data processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and eliminate duplication.
• Develop and coordinate programmes of work using asset data and business priorities.
• Review and improve asset management systems, processes and data quality.
• Drive improvements in how asset data is collected, managed and used to support service delivery.
• Review existing systems and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
• Develop and refine KPI reporting to accurately reflect operational performance.
• Improve accessibility and usability of asset data across the organisation.
• Support procurement and tendering activities relating to asset management systems and services.
• Work with stakeholders to embed best practice in asset data management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure asset management systems meet business needs and support informed decision-making.
