Job Description:

AI Solutions Consultant

Most people will scroll past this. A few will think it sounds interesting. Very few will feel it. One or two might recognise it as the kind of opportunity that changes the trajectory of a career. At Conquer AI, we are building the unicorn that will enable companies to become truly AI-native. We’re four years in the making delivering real-world AI solutions, learning fast, and figuring out what actually works in production environments with real businesses. Now we’re scaling

The Role

This role is essentially a high-value client relationship owner. The focus is on retaining, satisfying, and growing an existing portfolio of enterprise accounts by deepening relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and steering delivery as the client’s advocate. We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of B2B enterprise account management experience, a proven track record of growing accounts (with the numbers to back it up), the ability to work comfortably alongside technical teams, and genuine AI literacy. Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely enjoys growing existing enterprise accounts.

How To Apply – Do not apply in the traditional way.

No CV dumps. No generic cover letters. No “results-driven professional with a passion for innovation.” Everyone says that. I’m looking for the real deal. Let Me Help You Stand Out

Step 1 – Your Introduction

Send a short, sharp introduction, Tell me:

  • Who you are
  • Where you’ve workedWhat products you’ve delivered
  • What AI or technology solutions you’ve built or helped ship
  • Who you’ve sat in the room with (founders, executives, clients, stakeholders, name drop if you’ve earned it)
  • The commercial impact you’ve had

Give me numbers

  • Revenue
  • Savings
  • Users
  • Growth
  • Projects shipped
  • Budgets owned

Make it real. Make it sharp. Make me stop scrolling.

Step 2 – Do Your Homework

Research Conquer AI. Know our people. Tell me about our product. Understand our mission. Understand where AI is going. Understand where we are going. Understand where

you fit.

If you haven’t taken the time to understand the business, this probably isn’t the right role.

Step 3 – The Process

If your application catches my attention, you’ll receive an invite directly into your inbox for a 20-minute conversation with me. No multi-stage interview loops. No unnecessary process. Just a direct conversation. Your job in that call is not to tell me why you want the role. Your job is to convince me why you should have it. Use your time wisely. Lead. Present. Showcase yourself. Demonstrate how you would run a client conversation.

(Take the hint. This is your interview preparation.)

Timeline

We’re hiring quickly. If you’re fortunate enough to earn a seat at the table, you should expect the entire process from application to offer to take around one week.We move fast. We make decisions quickly. We back conviction with action. No endless interview loops. No months of waiting for an answer.

Bonus points if you’re available to start immediately.

A Quick Note, If you take the time to apply and don’t hear back, please don’t take it

personally. We receive a high volume of applications, and I simply can’t respond to everyone individually. That doesn’t reflect your ability, your experience, or your potential. If you’ve made the effort to research Conquer AI and put together a thoughtful application, I genuinely appreciate it. I personally review every submission, but only shortlisted candidates will hear back.

Final Thought

If you’ve read this far, you probably already know if this is for you. That instinct matters. Our mission is simple, and we’re looking for exceptional people to help us achieve it. If that’s you, apply. If not, keep moving.

But if you’re feeling that mix of excitement, discomfort, and curiosity, that’s usually a sign you should pay attention to. By the way, those are exactly the kinds of people we like to hire.
