ROLE: Senior Non-Contentious Construction Associate

LOCATION: London (Hybrid) and remote options available

PQE LEVEL: 4+

Contract drafting and mark-ups

• Reviewing JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
• Negotiating amendments with the opposing legal team.
• Producing comparison documents and drafting reports on contractual risk.

Project support

• Assisting partners on large infrastructure or development transactions.
• Tracking contract negotiations.
• Coordinating execution of project documents.

Risk analysis

• Advising clients on liability caps, fitness-for-purpose obligations, indemnities and insurance provisions.
• Reviewing consultant appointments and warranties.

Client contact

• Direct communication with project managers, engineers, architects and in-house legal teams.
• Attending project meetings and negotiations.
