Due to continued success, they are now looking to appoint a Managing Consultant to work closely alongside the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth

  • l be:Acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of SME clients, responding to a wide range of HR and employment law qu
  • eriesProviding pragmatic, risk-based a
  • dviceSupporting with complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and investiga
  • tionsAttending client meetings and hearings (typically local) to guide and support proc
  • essesAdvising on redundancy projects, TUPE, and organisational c
  • hangeLeading on or supporting settlement agreements and without prejudice conversa
  • tionsDrafting and updating contracts, policies and employee hand
  • booksDelivering ad hoc guidance, training and insight to cl
  • ientsBuilding strong, long-term relationships where consistency and trust ar
  • e keyContributing to business growth through networking, ideas and client develo
