Are you a commercially driven Project Quantity Surveyor with strong UK construction experience looking to play a key role on one of London’s most exciting regeneration projects?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded London developer delivering a landmark mixed-use scheme in a prime South London location. The development will transform the area and create a vibrant new destination, combining residential, student accommodation, commercial and community spaces within a major urban regeneration programme.
The project will deliver circa 1000 units across multiple high-rise RC frame towers, including buildings exceeding 30 storeys, alongside extensive public realm, landscaping, amenity spaces and supporting infrastructure.
The Opportunity
Working within an experienced commercial team and reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of key work packages and play an integral role in the successful commercial delivery of this flagship development.
This role offers exposure to a complex, large-scale project environment and provides a clear pathway for progression into a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
