A leading global asset manager is seeking an RFP Specialist to join its dynamic and highly collaborative Global RFP team. Based in London, this role will support institutional and third-party distribution efforts across international markets, contributing directly to business development initiatives and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, draft, edit and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client reporting requests to support business development and client servicing activities.
- Partner closely with subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Operations, Performance, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure responses are accurate, compelling and delivered on time.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s investment capabilities and solutions across various asset classes.
- Maintain, update and enhance content within the firm’s proposal management platform, ensuring the content library remains accurate and relevant.
- Support the ongoing integration and adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools within the RFP function and broader business.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency and quality across the proposal process.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience within an RFP or related role within asset management.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in asset management, investment strategies and financial markets.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and compelling content.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
- Experience using proposal management platforms such as Loopio is beneficial but not required.
