This is a prestigious, highly visible role suited to a seasoned, polished professional who carries themselves with natural gravitas and takes genuine pride in upholding the traditions and reputation of a world-renowned establishment.

Working Monday to Friday (no weekends), on various shifts between 07:30 and 18:00, this role offers a stable, sociable working pattern within a refined and ceremonial corporate environment — ideal for an established front-of-house professional seeking a setting where experience, presence and impeccable standards are truly valued.

The Role

  • Managing the tours inbox and associated administrative duties
  • Covering the reception rostrum/allocated desk and assisting with enquiries

  • Maintaining records and working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless, five-star service
  • Adhering to all standard operating procedures at all times

About You

  • Genuine gravitas and the poise to represent a prestigious, traditional institution with distinction
  • A confident and engaging public speaker, comfortable leading group tours and addressing audiences of all sizes
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove service
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage effortlessly with people at all levels
  • A calm, tactful and diplomatic manner, with first-class complaint-handling skills
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a warm, reliable, courteous demeanour
  • Strong written and spoken English and an impeccable telephone manner
  • Smart, immaculately presented and at ease in a formal, ceremonial setting

This role would particularly suit a mature, experienced professional who values tradition, enjoys building rapport, and thrives in a polished, established service environment where their gravitas and expertise will shine.
